FIS Race Calendar 2022-23

FIS, Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA) and Ski Québec Alpin (SQA) rules will govern.

Entry deadline: Sunday, December 18th 2022 23h59 (RIS 604.4.1)
Quebec athletes must be registered by their coach no later than 15 days before each event at https://adhesion.skiquebec.qc.ca/entraineur/login.php
Athlètes outside of Quebec: registration using official FIS Registration Form only via their organisation or Federation, sent by email to sqa@skiquebec.qc.ca
Registration and payment:

In person on Monday December 19th between 15h00 and 17h00 at the club house of Club de Ski Mont Tremblant, located on Chemin de la Chapelle, 2nd right after Fairmount Hotel

By phone. We ask you to take an appointment before.

The accepted payment methods are team check issued to « Club de ski Mont-Tremblant» (in Canadian funds) (PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED), cash, credit card, and Interac.
Payments via Interac must be received at least 24 hours in advance.

Coaches are required to pay for their whole team.
The list of confirmed athletes taking part in the race will published on https://www.live- timing.com/index.php, Super Série Mont-Tremblant.

80$ CAD by race (60$ USD), per race including lift ticket and taxes.
Bib deposit of $100 per team, club check (issued to Club de Ski Mont-Tremblant) or cash and must be given at registration. Checks will be destroyed or returned upon return of all bibs after the races. The check can be used for both races. No refund will be made to winning team who are not present at the medal ceremony. (ACA rules)

Lift tickets for athletes and coaches will be available at registration at the Club de ski Mont Tremblant. Bibs will be available after inspection, on a bib rack at the bottom of the McCulloch trail. Bibs must be returned on the rack, same location, after each day. A 50% discount is offered to accompanying parents as vouchers to be presented to the ticket counter. Please contact courses@csmt.club by December 16th to get details.

Coaches meetings will be held at the Club de Ski Mont Tremblant, 2nd floor Monday
December 19th at 18h00.
Tuesday December 20th at 16h00.

30 min after the last racer. Information on the location to be provided later.

All protests and appeals must be submitted in writing according to FIS rules to the Chief of Race at the timing hut. Protest fee is $100 CAD cash deposit (ICR 644.4).
