Registration to be sent to marie.l.dufort@gmail.com in excel spread sheet only, indicating athlete group/start order - seeding for Super G, Giant slalom, Slalom, using the following template :

QUOTAS : USSA Eastern 60, USSA RC 10, AOA 30, SQA 30, NF 4, NS 8, PEI-NB 10 – total of 152 athletes

Athlete Fee: $212 CAD/ $156 US (taxes and lift tickets included)

In person: Tuesday, March 28 between 2 and 4pm or Wednesday, March 29th between 9am and 12pm at the Club de Ski Mont-Tremblant (CSMT) - take the second right driveway after the Fairmont Hotel Mont-Tremblant We accept TEAM CHEQUES AND BANK TRANSFERS (issued or transferred to Club de Ski Mont Tremblant as recipient). For Bank Transfers, a printed bank confirmation of transfer on day of is required to be scanned and emailed to race secretary marie.l.dufort@gmail.com PSO/COACHES TO pay for their entire team – contact marie.l.dufort@gmail.com at the latest 5 days prior to the TC meeting to finalize payment option. No individual payment will be accepted.

Start list as determined by PSO/coaches will be published on https://www.live-timing.com/index.php.

Please note: vehicles will not be able to access the parking of the Club de Ski Mont-Tremblant on race days.

Athlete and coach tickets are available for pick-up Tuesday, March 28th between 2 and 4pm and Wednesday, March 29 between 9am and 12pm at the Club de Ski Mont-Tremblant. 1 coach ticket per 5 registered athletes.

Preferred lift ticket rate for parents/supporters (adult: $75.38, 13-17yold: $57.44, 5-12yold: $45:57) can be obtained via vouchers distributed at the Chalet Des Voyageurs each race morning between 7:45 and 9am. Vouchers can also be obtained on March 29, at the Club de Ski Mont Tremblant Club House between 9am and 12 pm

PLEASE NOTE: Lift tickets are offered to guests at the time of hotel reservations. We strongly recommend that you purchase the discounted tickets offered at that time to avoid waiting in lines each morning.

Note: Race course and finish area can only be seen by skiing down to location. Access on foot is not permitted.
