The entire team at Tremblant wishes you an excellent 2018-2019 season! We wish to send you additional information regarding your new IKON and Tonik passes and take this opportunity to invite you to join us on November 22nd at 8:30 a.m. for the launch of the new season and the unveiling of the results of our major new investments!
To access the lifts, you’ll need your new card! Ski Club members who have purchased an IKON pass should have received it by mail. If it hasn’t been delivered, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions section of ikonpass.com: https://www.ikonpass.com/en/faq or contact 1-888-264-5603. Your ski access has been loaded on your new pass, but please note that the Express-Line is not loaded on the same card. To take advantage of this access, you can go to Customer Services and purchase it on a separate card at 50% of the regular rate. With the IKON Pass and the Tremblant Express-Line Pass in hand, you’ll be able to access the lifts at any time! Also, IKON passholders are invited to a season launch cocktail on December 1, 2018, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Grand Manitou. More details on tremblant.ca
If you are a Ski Club member 17 years old and under and opted for the Tonik Pass, your pass has been activated and it will give you access to the slopes at all times on the Tremblant card you held last season. If you no longer have your card, please make your way to Customer Services to get a new one. As for prior seasons, if you want to take advantage of the Express-Line Pass, you can purchase it at 50% off at Customer Services or by phone with our reservation centre at 1-888-738-1777.
To take advantage of Tremblant Privileges including First Tracks giving you access to the resort between 7:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., you must have purchased the Tremblant Privilege Bundle. This package and its privileges are loaded directly on your Tonik or IKON pass. It is still possible to take advantage of this offer online until November 29, in person or with the Call Centre at any time.
We are reminding you that, in order for your pass or card to be valid, your risk acknowledgment form must be up to date and signed. Find out the status of this form in your online account. You can fill it out online or in person at our Customer Services Desk.
